Sound familiar?
Multiple channels, payment processors and inventory systems
Traditional accountants often miss the complexity of online retail. That’s where we come in.
- Marketplace payouts that never match your sales reports
- COGS and inventory that are guesses, not numbers
- Profitable-looking revenue with thin real margins
- No clear view of what the business would be worth at sale

FAQ
E-commerce finance questions
What is contribution margin in e-commerce?
Contribution margin is revenue minus COGS, shipping, payment and marketplace fees, and variable marketing. It shows what each order actually contributes to fixed costs and profit, and it is often far lower than gross margin suggests.
How do you reconcile Amazon and Shopify payouts?
We use tools such as A2X to break each payout into sales, fees, refunds and reserves, then reconcile it to the bank deposit, so revenue and fees are recorded accurately in your books.
Can you help prepare an e-commerce brand for sale?
Yes. We clean up financials, normalize earnings, strengthen inventory and margin reporting, and support quality of earnings and buyer diligence through our exit planning service.
