Room to grow

FAQ
Bookkeeping questions
How much do outsourced bookkeeping services cost?
Our packages start at $500 per month for sole proprietors under $500K in revenue, $900 per month for businesses between $500K and $2M, and $1,800 per month for businesses above $2M that need weekly reconciliations, bill pay and accrual accounting.
What accounting software do you work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and with tools such as Ramp, Bill.com, Brex, Gusto and A2X. If you are still on spreadsheets or desktop software, we can migrate you to a cloud-based setup during onboarding.
Cash or accrual basis: which do I need?
Cash basis is simpler and works for many small businesses. Accrual basis matches revenue and expenses to the period they occur in, which lenders, investors and buyers usually expect. Our Starter package uses cash basis; Growth + Accounting and above support either.
Will you work with my tax CPA?
Yes. We keep your books tax-ready and coordinate with your tax CPA, so year-end is a hand-off rather than a scramble.
My books are behind. Can you catch them up?
Yes. Onboarding includes organizing and cleaning up your books and setting up reporting before monthly service begins. We’ll scope any catch-up work in your proposal.
