13-week cash flow forecasting for growing businesses
Know your cash position every week for the next quarter, so payroll, taxes and big decisions never catch you by surprise.

In short
A rolling 13-week cash forecast, a weekly email with your forecast and dashboard, and regular calls to keep it current.
Why 13 weeks
Profitable on paper, tight on cash?
Monthly reports hide timing. Two payrolls, a slow-paying customer and a quarterly tax payment can land in the same few weeks. A 13-week forecast shows you that squeeze while there’s still time to act.
- Cash feels tight even though revenue is growing
- Customers have started paying slower
- Your business is seasonal or has large, lumpy payments
- You manage a line of credit, loan or covenants
- A big hire, purchase or acquisition is coming up
- Your bank or investors want a cash outlook

FAQ
13-week cash flow forecasting questions
What is a 13-week cash flow forecast?
It’s a week-by-week projection of the cash your business will collect and pay out over the next 13 weeks, or one quarter. It starts from your actual bank balance and shows your expected ending cash for each week, so you can see a shortfall weeks before it happens.
How much does 13-week cash flow forecasting cost?
Plans start at $500 per month with a monthly update call. Semi-Monthly is $750 per month with two calls a month, and Weekly is $900 per month with a weekly call. Every plan includes a weekly email with your updated cash forecast and dashboard. Bookkeeping is billed separately.
Is bookkeeping included?
No. The forecast is only as good as the books behind it, so your books need to be current and reconciled. You can keep your existing bookkeeper, or we can handle it through our bookkeeping services, which are billed separately.
Which plan should I choose?
Monthly works well when cash is steady. Semi-monthly suits growing businesses that want to course-correct faster. Choose weekly if cash is tight, you’re managing a line of credit or covenants, or a big decision such as a hire, purchase or acquisition is coming up.
How is this different from your fractional CFO service?
This is a focused, stand-alone product: we build and maintain your 13-week forecast and review it with you. Our fractional CFO service includes the forecast plus budgeting, KPIs, investor and lender reporting and strategic planning.
Can I share the forecast with my bank or investors?
Yes. Your weekly email includes the updated forecast and a dashboard in a clear format you can share with your bank, investors or board.
